Bien arrivee Well arrived

Nous y voila.

Apres plus d'une trentaine d'heures de voyage (Enghien-Bruxelles-Chicago-Miami-Lima), dont une course contre la montre dans l'aeroport de Chicago, un cache cache avec nos bagages et un cours de pilotage dans les rues de Lima, nous voila couche dans une chic auberge de jeunesse de MIRAFLORES, mort creve de ce long trajet.

Vince digere mal de triple whoper de Miami, un peu gras. C'etait pourtant super bon et typiquement americain. L'estomac bien rempli et pour lui faire plaisir, on se jure de ne plus y remettre les pieds.

Notre peur etait de perdre nos bagages. Apres 20 minutes de stress, un agent nous fait comprendre qu'on etait devant le tapis d'une mauvaise compagnie. Les gouttes de sueur disparaissent.

Reste a rejoindre la chambre qu'on avait reserve. Apres une lecture attentive des recommandations du routard, on decide de prendre un des MILLE taxi. Notre chauffeur, un maniaque du klaxon, navigue sans peines dans ce qu'on appelerait en Belgique un joyeux bordel! Rien de mieux comme premier contact. Vince a bien gere la conversation, ce qui nous mene a bon port, on peut enfin aller dormir.

So we are in Perou now!!!!

We started our trip monday morning at 7h07 in Enghien. 1 houre later we were in Brussels airport where we had to answer some silly questions before entering the plane to the USA. Afther a 9 hours  flight we arrived in Chicago. Because we entered the USA we had to go through all the checkin again. so 20 min waiting for our bags, 15 min for the metro to go to the other side of the airport 15 min checking and 10 min to run through all the airport (we arrived 5 min before departure we where lucky). then we were on our way to Miami. 3 Hours later we arrived. we had to wait 5 hours so Guillaume had the good idea to go for a American meal!!!! So nothing better than a Burger king. We took the biggest ´burger´ they had. The tripple whoper  it is a ´burger´ with 3 slices of meat (actually we don´t knowif it was meat) a lot of grease and 2 slices of bread. You  can compare it to a sponge grease. this was our American experience. maybe the last one.

We had then our last flight direction of Perou and our first hours of sleep (4 hours). at 4h30 we arrived in Lima. (Our luggage arrived to hehe). afther some houres waiting we dicided to take the taxi to our hostel. there are a lot of taxis here when you leave the airport maybe 50 persons ask you if you want a taxi.(taxi driver seems a good business here). When we entered the car we had  our first experiance of driving in Perou IT IS CRAZY no rules everybody do what they want most important part of the car (and most used) is the horn. finally we arrived in the hostel. It is a very nice and clean hostel a bid outsite of the center (in a more touristic place)
